Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a secular, empirically-validated 8-week class that enables you to explore for yourself many different mindfulness practices.
Come to one of the free orientation sessions to learn more and see if this series is right for you. (Attending an orientation is required for taking the class. Please contact Laura if you are unable to attend the free orientation.)
